150,000 BTU floor standing gas deep fryer is constructed of a 16 gauge stainless steel tank and has a thermostat range of 200° F (93°C) to 400°F (204°C). Long lasting stainless steel baffles are mounted in the heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. A standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required and an automatic shut off function when the fryer temperature exceeds 450°F (232°C). This fryer comes complete with two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, one nickel plated tube rack, drain extension, built-in heat deflector and 6" adjustable legs. Black Diamond fryers include Robert Shaw components that are made in the USA. 65-70 lb oil capacity. Set up for use with Liquid Propane (LPG). ETL and ETL Sanitation Listed. 1 year warranty on parts and labor and 5 year warranty on stainless steel tank.
