Aims Power 3000 Watt 24V Pure Sine Inverter - PWRIG300024120S

3000 Watt Pure Sine Inverter - Industrial GradeAIMS Power is proud to bring you this new 3000 Watt Pure Sine Power Inverter, designed for harsh environments, which has been completely overhauled and now boasts a dual GFCI outlet and is FCC certified. This product also includes a thermally controlled fan, allowing for increased efficiency and less noise. It will continue to put out stable, pure sine power and maintain output voltage, even as you battery bank voltage decreases. High output performance is achieved through a DSP (Digital Signal Process) drive. This inverter is ideal for running nonlinear loads (such as variable speed motors and small compressors). Pure sine power is also preferred for LaserJet printers, sensitive electronics, computer servers, microwaves, medical equipment, any with a circuit board and cordless drill battery chargers. An external battery voltage sensor will allow you to monitor your battery capacity and power consumption.

Packed with 3000 watts of power, this inverter can be used for off-grid home back up power systems, solar, boat, work vehicles and RVs.Ā

Maintenance Tips Ā  Ā
  • Install in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location to maintain stable 3kW continuous output and prevent thermal derating.
  • Keep dual cooling fans, air vents, and heat sinks clean; dust buildup is a common cause of overheating shutdowns.
  • Regularly inspect 24V battery bank wiring, lugs, and fuse connections for tightness, corrosion, or heat discoloration from high current draw.
  • Use properly sized heavy-gauge DC cables to reduce voltage drop and improve efficiency under 3000W loads.
  • Monitor system behavior via the LCD/voltage display and fault LEDs to detect low voltage, overload, or thermal warnings early.
  • Avoid exceeding 3000W continuous / ~6000W surge capacity, especially with motor starting loads like pumps or compressors.
  • Ensure correct grounding and neutral bonding configuration when integrating into panels or transfer systems.
  • Periodically check AC outlet, terminal block, and breaker connections for heat marks or loosening due to vibration and thermal cycling.
  • Verify battery bank health regularly; weak or imbalanced batteries cause voltage sag and premature shutdowns under load.
  • Keep the inverter protected from moisture, direct sunlight, and vibration, especially in RV or off-grid installations.
  • Run occasional controlled load tests to confirm stable pure sine wave output and fan operation under stress conditions.
  • Do not bypass internal protections (over-temp, low/high voltage, overload), as they protect the inverter’s MOSFET and control circuitry.
