Trusted Clean Heated Car Upholstery Detailing Extractor w/ 15' Hose & 3.5" Tool - 5 Gallons - TPL-5-100-UD-HEAT-TCP

This Trusted Clean heated 5 gallon auto detailing machine is the perfect extractor for those bigger carpet and auto upholstery cleaning jobs. With the external heater option, you can quickly clean the most heavily soiled interiors. The external in-line heater will deliver fast and consistent heat up to 170 degrees under optimum conditions. All of this is packaged into a single corded unit! You no longer have to worry about finding 2 separate circuits for the machine to run. This is the perfect upholstery cleaner for detail shops, dealerships, and used car lots.

The unit comes complete with a 15' vac hose assembly and 3.5" stainless steel upholstery tool, but can be transformed into a large area carpet extractor by purchasing a large carpet cleaning wand. With these extra options, you can clean large areas of carpeting easily, as well as your normal detailing of automobiles and upholstery.

Auto Detailing Extractor HeaterThe heater that you'll find in the box is a 1000 watt heater that will heat your water to 170° F. This will save you time when cleaning heavily soiled areas, as the heat will help to break down the bonds between the dirt and your upholstery as you clean. If the heater becomes defective, you can simply remove it from the back of the machine and send it into us for a warranty inspection. No more down time for you, or your customers!

To make sure this machine does everything you need it to when it is delivered, please take a look around our carpet cleaning chemicals and upholstery tools departments.

If you decide that this machine is not large enough for you, or doesn't fit your particular need, please feel free to look through our auto detailing machines department for other options.

Your carpet extractor should be winterized between uses if it is to be exposed to freezing temperatures. To winterize your machine, pour 1/2 gallon of windshield wiper fluid into the empty solution tank. Run the pump until fluid flows through the tank. Then run 1 gallon of water through the extractor before the next use.

Your new Trusted Clean extractor may come with some pink or blue solution in the tanks depending on what time of year it is. This is a winterizing solution to help protect the internal components from freezing during shipping. Simply flush it out by running a gallon of clean water through the pump before using the machine.

Maintenance Tips
  • Flush the System: After each use, run clean warm water through the pump, hose, and tool to remove detergent and prevent buildup.

  • Empty and Rinse Tanks: Always empty and rinse both the solution and recovery tanks after use to avoid residue, mold, and odors.

  • Maintain Heater: Use only approved water-based cleaning solutions. If using hard water, flush with a vinegar-water solution periodically to prevent scale buildup.

  • Inspect Filters: Clean or replace vacuum and solution filters regularly to maintain suction and prevent strain on the motor.

  • Care for Hoses and Tools: Drain the 15' hose completely after use. Store loosely coiled and wipe down the 3.5" hand tool. Check for clogs at the spray tip.

  • Monitor Connections: Regularly inspect all fittings, hoses, and nozzles for leaks or wear and tighten as needed.

  • Use Defoamer: Add defoamer to the recovery tank when extracting heavy soils to protect the vacuum motor from foam damage.

  • Store Properly: Keep the extractor indoors in a cool, dry area to protect electrical and heater components.
