High frequency vibrations distributed evenly across entire aluminum screed length to produce smooth, uniform surfaces quickly and easily.
Standard truss is 13.5″ tall and can span 40′.
Can consolidate less than 2″ slump. Up to 12″ in depth.
Morrison screed vibrates at over 12,000 vpm.
Aluminum screed weighs only 9lbs / ft. compared to steel screed at up to 20lbs.
Lightweight makes our screed suitable for use on any type or form.
Morrison aluminum screed is lighter and easier to move around the job site, but consolidates better than steel due to the higher rate of vpm.
Loose bearing system – Only Morrison screed has the patented loose bearing system.
Our screed will continue to operate even losing up to 20% of the shaft bearings, while competitor’s screed will stop after one bearing fails. A bearing never fails while it’s sitting dormant, only when it’s on the job.
Available in hydraulic travel or hand winch.

Clean After Each Use: Clean the screed blade, frame, and motor after each use to remove concrete residue and debris to prevent buildup and ensure smooth operation.
Inspect Screed Blade: Regularly check the screed blade for wear, cracks, or damage. Replace it as needed to maintain an even, consistent finish on the concrete.
Lubricate Moving Parts: Lubricate the moving components, including the winch, motor, and drive system, to reduce friction and ensure smooth performance.
Check Winch and Cables: Inspect the hand winch and cables for any signs of wear or fraying. Ensure they operate smoothly and replace any damaged components.
Monitor Vibratory System: Ensure the vibratory system is working correctly by inspecting the vibration mechanism for any loose parts or wear. Tighten and replace worn parts as necessary.
Check and Tighten Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and fasteners for tightness to ensure the unit is securely assembled and free from vibrations.
Inspect Tires (If Self-Propelled): For self-propelled models, inspect the tires for wear and proper inflation. Replace or inflate tires as needed for smooth operation.
Check Engine Oil: Regularly check and change the engine oil according to the manufacturer's recommendations to keep the engine running efficiently.
Air Filter Maintenance: Inspect the air filter and clean or replace it regularly to ensure proper airflow to the engine and prevent overheating.
