For that unmistakable wood-fired taste, simply switch off the gas, add wood to the back or side of the oven, and enjoy rich, smoky flavors with Chicago Brick Oven’s FlameRoll™ technology.

Made in the USA with durable, commercial-grade refractory cement, the CBO-750 heats up quickly, holds heat longer, and can handle temperatures over 1000°F. Its smart insulating design helps the oven reach high temperatures fast while keeping the exterior cool.
