AUTHENTIC. ITALIAN. OVENS.

The Stromboli Pizza Oven is a hand-built Italian hearth-style brick oven inspired by the active Stromboli volcano in the Tyrrhenian Sea. With a custom tile or stucco finish and steel arch hearth opening, this oven is perfect for residential use inside or out. Choose wood, gas, or wood/gas fuel for your cooking needs. Experience true Italian cuisine with the Stromboli Duo!

The oven hearth is designed & manufactured in Modena, Italy as a solid, single-piece refractory floor diameter measuring 35.4”. Wood fuel is combusted directly within the hearth which maximizes energy efficiency and power.

This oven gives you all the advantages of a professional pizzaiolo working with a premier oven.

Crafted entirely by hand in Modena – Italy, using the highest quality refractory materials and the best performing insulation for a durable oven with consistent baking performance.

Adapted from our commercial line to be more compact, whilst maintaining the same power and capabilities as our professional ovens. Indoors or outdoors, this addition will be the focal point for your home.

METAL FRAME & WOOD RACK

The reinforced metal frame provides solid support to the overall structure while also allowing for a tidy firewood storage spot underneath the oven for year-round usage and protection.

VENTILATION

This oven is supplied with an 18” tall chimneypiece with a chimney cap & spark arrester. This may be removed and replaced with chimney material that is listed to the UL 103 HT chimney standard or equivalent standard per NFPA 211 & local codes. The chimney must terminate to a chimney cap with a UL-listed spark arrester. Installation requirements may vary depending upon the desired chimney run.

Strombolli Clearance

CLEARANCES

Minimum clearance of the oven (built-in or standalone) to combustible materials are as follows:

Top: 14” (356 mm)

Back & Sides: 1” (25 mm)

Non-combustible flooring must extend out at least 36” (914 mm) from the oven opening and at least 30” (762 mm) to each side of the opening. Do not fill the required air space with insulation or other materials.
