  • Clean & dry daily: Wash all three sink basins and backsplash with mild detergent and warm water; rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.

  • Sanitize routinely: Use a food‑safe sanitizer after heavy use to maintain hygiene and health compliance.

  • Wipe with the grain: Clean stainless steel with a soft cloth following the grain to preserve finish and minimize streaks.

  • Avoid abrasives: Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, or harsh chemical cleaners that can scratch or damage stainless steel.

  • Keep drains clear: Remove food debris from strainers and flush drains with hot water to prevent clogs and odors.

  • Inspect fittings: Periodically check and tighten faucets, seals, and plumbing connections to prevent leaks.

  • Quick spill care: Wipe standing water and spills immediately to reduce corrosion and staining.
