KAKA INDUSTRIAL BS-1810G 18"x9.8" PLC control Horizontal Band Saw, Hydraulic Shutle Vices and Swivel on both sides 220V 3phase - 188127V220

Powerful Cutting Ability
It runs on a 1.5/2.2 kW high-performance motor with a gear drive and four cutting speeds (48/96 MPM). The powerful motor provides the torque to drive the bandsaw blade through metal workpieces efficiently and accurately.
The bandsaw can cut through round metal workpieces with a maximum diameter of 13 inches and is suitable for cutting round bars, pipes, and other cylindrical stock materials.
Additionally, the bandsaw can cut rectangular metal workpieces with a maximum dimension of 18" x 9.8", making it ideal for cutting flat or rectangular stock materials such as steel plates or structural beams.

Flexibility and Versatility
This horizontal metal cutting band saw has all the features needed for professional results in metal cutting, allowing users to perform a variety of cuts.
Adjustable blade guides attached to the saw head help align the saw blade and increase its lifetime of use.
PLC control enables process automation, reducing manual intervention and increasing productivity. It can be easily reprogrammed to accommodate different tasks or changes, adapting to various requirements.
The grating ruler's high measurement accuracy, combined with the PLC's rapid response, ensures a control error within ±0.5mm, guaranteeing high precision in feeding positions. The maximum single-feed length is 18 inches, enabling continuous feeding or fully automated batch processing.
Hydraulic-controlled automatic clamping ensure consistent and accurate positioning of workpieces, enhancing overall quality.
It is equipped with two material stands, and the total assembled length is 254-1/4 inches. It safely supports longer workpieces, reducing the risk of bending or vibration during cutting. It also maintains alignment for extended materials, enabling more accurate cuts.

Safety
Hydraulic systems enhance safety by providing operators with reliable and responsive control over the cutting process. The band saw features a coolant system and an automatic shut-off setting.
A manual defense net can effectively protect the operator's safety.

Wide Application
The band saw is a versatile tool used in various industries and tasks, including metalworking industries, fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, hobbyist workshops, etc.
