Variable speed trigger ensures controlled speed. High/Low speed button assists operator for easy power and run time management. Reverse (clockwise) rotation system of power head facilitates operator to clear brush cutter head of entangled grass and weeds quickly. String trimmer attachment contains rapid loading bump and feed trimmer head that loads line in seconds with 3 easy steps. Power head has Makita's Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™), which increases tool life in harsh conditions by offering increased resistance to water and dust.
