It is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and sixteen (16) 4" deep plastic prep pans to hold various ingredients for easy access during sandwich and salad assembly. This two-door salad and sandwich prep station offers up to 17.3 cubic feet (490 L) of refrigerated storage that can hold 16 pans. The stainless steel prep station is equipped with an 11.42" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient surface for slicing and preparing ingredients. The unit is mounted on four 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your busy commercial kitchen. This deli prep station features a solid state digital control system, LED temperature display and urethane foam insulated walls.
