On incredibly smooth pillow block bearings, each arm glides independently, and the non-slip handles aid reduce hand fatigue during heavy or high rep sets. The gas-assist seats quickly and easily adjust to fit all user heights for seated shrugs. Additionally, the 11 gauge tube steel provides a rock strong base for a long lifetime of trap blasting.
