Equipped with a sanitary removable and reversible cutting board constructed of deep polyethylene, the unit is mounted on four swivel casters (two with brakes) to facilitate maneuvering when needed. Additionally, if ADA (American Disability Act) or lower profile requirements are needed, shorter caster options are. This energy efficient refrigerated prep station is engineered with solid-state controls and a forced-air system that delivers consistent and easily adjustable temperature performance. This unit is designed to maximize energy cost savings with its polyurethane foam insulated walls and LED temperature display. The condensate evaporator is integrated to the unit, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The eco-friendly refrigeration system utilizes R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain optimum temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit or 1 to 5 Celsius.
