The Nemco 55650-6 Easy LettuceKutter is durable, easy to use, and easy to clean. It has a stainless steel and aluminum-cast construction. It provides long-lasting performance for maximum ROI. Its legs are angled with non-slip feet to provide a stable cutting platform for fast and easy precision cutting with minimal wear on the unit. It is the only lettuce cutter on the market that enables operators to disassemble the blade and pusher head for cleaning without tools. All operators need to do is pull one pin to remove the pusher block then lift the blade assembly out with ease.
The 55650-6 has interlocked blades nested in the frame to ensure they do not suffer from flexing. The pre-tensioned blade assemblies can be changed out (additional blades come separately) with little or no blade tensioning required. The scalloped blade edges have been added for cleaner cuts and no crushing or bruising of the lettuce. This enables the lettuce to stay fresh for longer without any browning.
The LettuceKutter is NSF certified.
