It has a weighted ergonomic handle to ensure produce is easy to cut, without causing unnecessary strain on operators. It has strong stainless steel blades that stay sharp for longer. They slice and chop a variety of vegetables in perfect 1/2" squares in just one chop!
It also comes with many new features that make it easier to use. For example, it has color-coded blade assemblies and pushes blocks to make exchanging them quicker and easier. It has revolutionary push-block "gaskets" to reduce cleaning time and making it easy to rinse, wash, and sanitize. Just slip the gasket over its corresponding block before chopping. When you're done chopping, all you need to do is remove the gasket and pull all the built-up food debris out.
