This reserve has dual temperature zones in order to store both whites and reds at their optimal temperatures. Perlick presents this full size wine reserve that can store up to 86 full sized bottles of wine. The interior illuminated by white and blue theatre lighting, complimenting the reserve as a showpiece but still making it easy to locate the right bottle for the occasion. There is also a display shelf to showcase 6 prized bottles, that can be converted to lay flat to store more if necessary. The smart humidity control maintains consistent humidity levels within the cabinet automatically. The touch screen controls streamlines the user experience for temperature setting, lighting preferences, and toggling the use of the unit's Sabbath mode.Â
