• Drain the reservoir by pulling out the drain plug; replace it securely after draining.

• Prepare a cleaning solution by mixing 2.5 ounces of Clear 1 Ice Machine Scale Remover with 1 quart of warm (90°F to 110°F) potable water.

• Fill the reservoir with the cleaning solution.

• Remove the ice sweep and clean it along with the breaker using the solution, avoiding contact with the bearing.

• Reinstall the ice sweep and press both the "On" and "Off" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to initiate the cleaning cycle.
