Robust Build Quality. Crafted from high-quality materials, the Basion Series Rear Bumper is constructed using 1.57"×0.06" steel tubing, reinforced with 11-gauge (1/8-inch) steel plate and 9-gauge (5/32-inch) mounting structures for excellent structural integrity. It is finished in a textured black powder coat with a premium E-coating process on the inside to maximize corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. This finish not only offers robust protection but also contributes to the bumper’s sleek, aggressive aesthetic.
Straight Forward Installation. We have designed our Tubular Rear Bumper to be easily installed to your vehicle. Installation requires you to remove the lower section of your rear bumper and also remove the rear crash bar. This is then easily bolted to the original crash bar bolt holes essentially replacing the rear crash bar. Installation can be completed in about 1 hour using basic hand tools.
