The AMANA MDK01QW MAIN DUCT EXTENSION KIT along with the PTDK01QW is  specifically engineered for use with J and K Series PTACs, serving as a seamless solution to extend air distribution to an adjoining room. This kit conveniently attaches to the top of the existing PTAC air discharge grille, acting as the base section of the duct for connecting additional extension ducts. It also includes the transition duct kit.
To complete the installation and ensure optimal functionality, it is essential to acquire the EDK02QW Extension Duct Kit and the TDK02QW Terminal Duct Kit, both of which are available individually on our site. These components collectively facilitate the transfer of air between rooms, allowing for a customizable airflow distribution.
