Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original condition, unused, and unworn.
  • All tags must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at customerservice@backyardprovider.com.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions on where and how to send the package

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Manufacturer Return Policies

As a reseller, we follow the return policies set by our vendors. Return conditions, including restocking fees and return shipping costs, vary by manufacturer.

Before purchasing, we recommend reviewing the brand-specific return policy to understand any additional costs that may apply.

Steps to Process a Return or Exchange

If you need to return an item, please submit a request through our Contact Form and provide:

  • Order number
  • Item number of the product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution – refund or replacement

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, check with your bank. If there is still an issue, contact us at customerservice@backyardprovider.com for further assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the item, you may do so following our return process.

Return Fees & Processing Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Depending on the manufacturer, restocking fees may apply.
  • All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee, regardless of the manufacturer’s policy.
