  • Uses eco-friendly 410A refrigerant.
  • May require a fresh air supply for proper operation.
  • Equipped with removable, washable air filters for easy maintenance.
  • Thermostatically protected compressor with high and low-pressure warnings.
  • Offers 42,000 BTU cooling and 47,000 BTU heating.
  • Features a 12" supply flange, 16" return flange, and a 26" diameter top exhaust.
  • Optional condensate pump available, plugging directly into a quick connect port inside the unit.
