This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, 24,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 16 ft. Installation Kits. Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.

  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.

  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.

    Line Set 25 ft., Quantity 2

    • This 25 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.

    • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.

    • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!
