With the 3 different grips, the Muscle D Elite Seated Low Row can transform into a variety of workouts, including standing row position, one arm movements, or in faster alternating arm movements for cardio or HIIT strength training workout.  

The welded heavy-duty 11-gauge steel frame has a sleek appearance created through oval tube steel. Electrostatic powder coating insures the frame finish is scratch-free and ding-resistant for long-term, heavy use.

High density, molded foam seat pad for greater comfort & durability complements the spring-assist adjustable seat to accommodate any user height.
