The Muscle D Olympic Incline Bench seat can be adjusted to provide appropriate lift-off and re-rack. Weight plates are kept handy by four weight horns on the back for rapid plate changeover. Additionally, the spotter has enough room and leverage thanks to a diamond-plated spotters platform that is right behind the athlete lifting.
