The Bushveld Hard Shell Roof Top Tent is a cantilever-type tent, which means that it is hinged and supported at the side. This design gives taller persons more foot space compared to traditional Clamshell type tents, which are normally hinged at the front of the tent. The Bushveld has one of the largest sleeping areas on the market today with 84” x 72”. The stylish one-piece Hard Shell Polymer Cover is aerodynamic and helps to keep the impact on fuel economy at a minimum and it is simple to operate with its four easy-to-use marine-grade stainless steel latches. Once the Roof Top Tent is released, the top will open, and then flip the bottom out to extend the mattress. The Bushveld is designed to provide plenty of space for the entire family.

The Hard Shell cover is waterproof and made from a single-piece polymer that is designed to last. The 96” ladder is made from aluminum and has a 2-stage black powder coating. The mounting channels are easy to use, adjustable, made from aluminum, and pre-assembled to make installing your Bushveld tent easy. The weatherproof seal is military grade. Closing the Bushveld is as easy as ABC using the ballistic nylon pull strap. The base is insulated and has a built-in anti-condensation layer along with a black aluminum diamond plate underside.

Easy Installation

The Bushveld Roof Top Tent is a universal Item, which requires no drilling or modification to your vehicle if equipped with a factory or aftermarket roof rack or cross bars. With the help of a friend, lift it on your roof rack or cross bars and follow the detailed instructions provided using the stainless steel mounting hardware included. Please ALWAYS check roof rack compatibility before installing the tent as some racks are listed as "not compatible" with certain tent models.
