The STS 5-Station Jungle Gym by York Barbell

The core, backbone of this setup is a York STS Cable Crossover. You have two options to choose from:

Each is equipped with (2) x 200lb weight stacks.

On either side of the cable crossover, you will be able to install the following included stations:

The Lat Pulldown and Low Row come with either 250lb or 300lb stacks, while the tricep station is fixed with a 200lb stack.

A York STS 4-Way Connector Kit is included to make sure everything is kept stable and secure. This will be the base piece on whichever side the STS stations are installed.

York STS Cable Crossover Base Station Options

Pick the best STS cable crossover option to fit your needs. This will be the main station and support for your 'Jungle Gym' set up. While they both provide the same functionality, there are slight differences in size and design.
