Powerblanket HB64 model 48”x48”x48” bulk material warmers offer cutting-edge technology for freeze protection, chemical storage, and viscosity control in a flexible, easy-to-install design that will effectively, evenly, and reliably heat your materials. 

Patented design eliminates hot and cold spots by applying uniform full-coverage heat across the entire surface of the container, allowing users to keep materials at the proper viscosity while remaining at specified thermal levels.

Powerblanket - designed for any definitive heating applications, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F. 

  • Fully enclose and heat the tote and pump housing unit and store your Diesel Exhaust Fluid at optimal temperatures

  • Features an easy to access flap to the pump

  • Approximate product temperature: 70 °F (±10 °F) / 21 °C (±5 °C)

  • Includes preset internal thermostat to carefully regulate product temperature

  • Insulated top and flap for easy access

  • Includes two extended pump rack brackets

  • Heats expensive diesel exhaust fluid without scorching or burning
