 This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 25 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! This System includes enhanced Wi-Fi engineering to make setup not only quick and easy, but the MRCOOL DIY Multi is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without requiring specialized tools or expensive equipment.

    • Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.

    • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.

    • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

        • This 25 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.

        • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.

        • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!
