This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat three different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 24,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 25 ft. Installation Kits. Condenser

  • Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.

  • Works In All Environments. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.

  • Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.

      • This 25 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.

      • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.

      • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!

          If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 36K BTU rating of the Condenser.
