The Crown Verity MCB-48 is the perfect size commercial barbeque for golf and country clubs, caterers, and even larger rental and event companies. It features a spacious 46-inch by 21-inch cooking surface for grilling burgers, sausages, vegetables, kabobs, and anything else on your menu. With an optional rotisserie assembly (sold separately), you can easily roast a large bird or pig with plenty of spare grilling space for accompaniments and side dishes all at one time. This MCB-48 model is supplied with a liquid propane connection for your convenience. All liquid propane models are supplied with a two-stage regulator, quick disconnect hose, and built-in tank holder that can accommodate a standard 20-pound propane tank. Six robust 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners power the grill and ensure heat is distributed evenly throughout the dome and grilling surface. This impressive barbeque can heat up to your desired cooking temperature in just five minutes or less, making it an exceptionally efficient piece of equipment. The grill’s body as well as legs, cooking grates, burners, under shelves, radiants, water pans, fasteners, and pilot tubes are all constructed from 304 stainless steel making them extremely durable and built to last. The MCB-48 comes with two 14” wheels and two locking casters that let you easily move the unit around for use or storage, as well as secure it firmly in place when in use.
