Formax OnSite Multimedia Shredder FD 8704CC

 

The Formax FD 8704CC OnSite Multimedia Shredder combines commercial-grade quality and advanced features in a compact design specifically tailored for office use, ensuring exceptional performance and efficiency.

Designed for efficiency, the Formax OnSite Multimedia Shredder FD 8704CC boasts two separate feed openings - one able to take in 45 sheets of paper simultaneously, while the other is tailored for shredding multiple CDs, DVDs, and DV tapes at once. With a speed of 12 feet per minute, paper is shredded quickly and effectively with a 5/32' x 1 5/8' shred size. The generous 33-gallon waste bin capacity allows for uninterrupted use.

Standard features include heat-treated steel blades, an easy-to-use LED control panel, lifetime guaranteed waste bin, and a powerful AC geared-motor.  In addition, the new ECO mode saves energy by automatically switching into standby mode after 5 minutes of inactivity.

The optional EvenFlow™ Automatic Oiling System helps to keep the FD 8704CC in peak operating condition.

    • Lifetime limited warranty on Deskside and Office cutting heads
    • Lifetime limited warranty on Industrial cutting heads (parts only)
    • 1-year warranty on High Security and Specialty cutting heads    
    • 1-year warranty on all other parts

    Formax agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there was no abuse and we first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period.  Wearable parts are not covered under warranty. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses.

    Warranty claims must be submitted with a replacement part order. All parts are shipped FOB Dover, NH.
