The NOHrD WaterGrinder allows you to experience the demanding role of a sailing grinder, where wind is transformed into propulsion by swiftly hoisting sails. This at-home fitness equipment lets you achieve the impressive fitness levels of a racing grinder while enjoying the water element!

Designed with ease of use and versatility in mind, the WaterGrinder features an elegant, drop-shaped wooden frame that adds a touch of style to any home or studio. Its ergonomically shaped paddle creates resistance within the water tank, providing a self-determined workout experience. The more effort you put into cranking the hand pedals, the higher the resistance level, allowing you to adjust precisely to your strength input. With the WaterGrinder, you can experience the physical strength and endurance challenges of a grinder without leaving your home.

  • Sit or Stand: The WaterGrinder’s wooden seat can be positioned on either side in 3 different heights. It can be worked from both a sitting or standing position.

  • Adjustable Resistance: The hand pedals can be set in 8 different positions to adjust resistance: the smaller the rotation radius, the higher the intensity.

  • Versatile Positions: The WaterGrinder can be used from both the front or back of the machine, as well as from the side - you choose whether to sit or stand. All positions will train your upper body, including chest, abs, back, arms, and shoulders.

WaterRower Ltd. has been in Germany since 1994. In 2005, the NOHRD manufacturing facility emerged at their headquarters in Nordhorn, Lower Saxony, designing and producing high-quality fitness equipment out of wood. Alongside the well-established WaterRower machine (made in the US), they successfully introduced the new WaterWorkx to the market. Further NOHRD products soon followed: WeightWorkx, WallBars, SwingBells, and the WaterGrinder. In 2013, they presented the SlimBeam to the fitness industry, promptly receiving the German PlusX Award for High Quality and Design!

The leather they use

  • The tanning is "Made in Germany“.

  • Adheres to ISO 9001 (standardized quality system).

  • Exclusively vegetable tanned/authentic leather scent.

  • Extremely high skin tolerance (unlike chrome leather).

Even high-quality genuine leather may display undesired natural characteristics. There are no hides without blemishes. Often, surface treatments with polyurethane or acrylates are used, which render the leather an unnatural, synthetic look. Their vegetable tanned leather remains largely natural.
