62lb is a moderate suspension best for most riders below 220lb and the new progressive coil prevents bottoming out in most riding situations.
66lb is a stiffer suspension best for riders who prefer a stiffer suspension or weigh above 220lb.
70lb is a very stiff suspension for riders above 220lb and/or riders who like to do big jumps or drops. Not suitable for lighter riders as the suspension will be less effective. Lighter riders who like to do big drops/jumps will be better with the 66lb.
