Aardwolf Electric Joint Setter - EOSS
The Electric Joint Setter is designed to close gaps between two pieces of slabs and pull them together. This device works well on stone and glass with non-porous surfaces. It can be quickly closed or opened by simply moving the roller nut with the palm of your hand. The two vacuum bases are aligned with precision steel guide axles. These axles are anchored on each side with a main axle and two sub axles. When the roller rotates, one vacuum base will move along two sub axles and pull two pieces of slabs together. One balance bar with two levelling knobs allow surfaces to be levelled precisely. With the electric-operated vacuum pump, equal vacuum is maintained in both pads during the working process.

Maintenance Tips
- Inspect electrical cable, plug, and control unit regularly for cuts, wear, or exposed wiring.
- Keep all electrical components dry and clean to prevent short circuits and malfunction.
- Check motor performance and vibration output before each use for consistent joint alignment.
- Ensure suction pads or contact surfaces are clean, smooth, and free from slurry or dust buildup.
- Inspect fastening points, brackets, and adjustment mechanisms for tightness and wear.
- Lubricate mechanical adjustment joints lightly where specified, avoiding electrical components.
- Verify that voltage supply matches equipment rating to prevent motor damage.
- Never operate if there are signs of overheating, unusual noise, or reduced vibration strength.
- Store in a dry, dust-free environment with cables neatly coiled to prevent damage.
- Remove from service immediately if electrical faults, vibration failure, or structural issues are detected.
