Aardwolf Site Saw M2000 - SSM2000

The Aardwolf Site Saw M2000 is a very sturdy bench saw constructed for cutting building materials on construction sites and in work shops. It features a 3Hp Motor guided by twelve bearings rolling on two extruded aluminum bars, which ensure the accurate cutting of all types of natural and artificial stone. One of the distinguishing features of the Aardwolf Site Saw M2000 is its cast aluminum machined work table, which is firmly bolted to the water tank. This combination of solid cast table being bolted firmly to the water tank makes the saw very rigid, preventing the frame from twisting when placed on uneven surfaces, ensuring accurate cutting.

Features
  • Two roller conveyor, which makes loading easy and supports the work piece
  • Two load-support brackets containing adjustable stops which allow quick, accurate repeat cuts
  • Incorporated in the M2000 are wheels and rollers for effortless single-handed loading and transportation of the saw
  • Tilting bridge from 90° to 45° to carry out bevel cutting
  • Water tank with recycling pump
  • Manual depth adjustment of cutting head by hand wheel
  • Stainless steel measuring tape fixed to table and conveyor
What our Experts Think
  • Professional site-ready stone cutting solution, the Aardwolf SSM2000 Site Saw M2000 is built for accurate cutting of granite, marble, natural stone, and engineered materials in workshops and construction environments.
  • Powerful 3HP motor with precision rail guidance system, using 12 bearings on dual extruded aluminum bars to ensure smooth, stable, and highly accurate cutting performance.
  • Rigid cast aluminum worktable fixed to water tank, improving structural stability and preventing frame twisting even on uneven job-site surfaces for consistently precise cuts.
  • Tilting bridge (90° to 45° cutting capability) enables straight and bevel cuts, making it versatile for fabrication and installation requirements.
  • Integrated water recycling system with pump, designed to reduce dust, cool the blade, and improve cutting efficiency and blade life.
  • Built-in roller conveyors and support brackets, allowing easier loading, stable workpiece support, and fast repeat cutting with adjustable stops.
  • Mobility-focused design with wheels and rollers, enabling single-person transport and easier setup on-site or in workshop environments.

Maintenance Tips
  • Inspect blade guard, cutting table, and frame regularly for cracks, damage, or misalignment.
  • Check diamond blade condition for wear, cracks, or segment damage before each use.
  • Ensure blade is properly tightened, aligned, and compatible with the material being cut.
  • Clean water tray, pump, and cooling system after use to remove slurry and stone residue.
  • Verify water flow to the blade is consistent to prevent overheating and extend blade life.
  • Inspect motor, electrical cables, and switchgear for damage, wear, or loose connections.
  • Lubricate sliding rails, pivot points, and adjustment mechanisms periodically with light machine oil.
  • Keep cutting area clean and free from debris to ensure smooth table movement and accurate cuts.
  • Never exceed recommended cutting capacity or force the blade through material.
  • Store in a dry, covered area and protect electrical components from moisture.
  • Remove from service immediately if blade wobble, motor issues, or structural damage is detected.
