This Adcraft ST-120/3 is designed perfectly for conveniently serving your customers' favorite recipes. With three 8" deep open wells, this Steam Table accommodates more than one dish at once. It even comes with a 8" x 1/2" polycarbonate cutting board that runs the entire length of the Serving Counter. It is on the same side as the controls for operator convenience. The wells have separate infinite switches for maximum control. The red indicator light stays on while the ST-120/3 is in use, alerting employees to when the unit is still warm. It has 750W elements for each of its wells, ensuring products are always ready to be served.
