The front coil-overs have been tuned in both length and feel specifically to the Tacoma and are capable of satisfying setups with and without accessories (bumpers, winch, etc). Specific reservoir brackets have been designed for application specific reservoir placement and also relocation of the sway bar to allow clearance at the spring seat. While the front coil-overs are adjustable in height, the system has been designed for a 2 inch (50mm) ride height increase and a minimum of 2 inch (50 mm) down travel.

Routine Inspection: Regularly inspect the suspension components, including the BP-51 shock absorbers and SPC upper control arms, for any signs of wear, leaks, or damage. Look for cracks or signs of rust, especially on the control arms and shock body.
Clean and Lubricate: Keep the suspension parts clean by rinsing them with water to remove dirt, mud, and debris. Use a mild soap and water solution, avoiding harsh chemicals. Lubricate moving parts like bushings and joints to prevent excessive wear and maintain smooth operation.
Check for Leaks: Inspect the BP-51 shock absorbers for any signs of oil leaks or degradation. Leaking shocks can negatively affect ride quality and performance.
Check Alignment and Geometry: Ensure that the SPC upper control arms are correctly aligned to maintain optimal handling and tire wear. Misalignment can lead to poor performance and increased wear on tires and suspension components.
Monitor Ride Height: If your Tacoma is frequently off-road, ensure that the ride height remains consistent. Suspension components, including BP-51 shocks, may need adjustments over time to maintain proper height and handling.
Tighten Fasteners: Periodically check the suspension kit’s fasteners, bolts, and mounting points to ensure they remain tight and secure. Loose bolts can compromise performance and safety.
Check Shock Settings: If your BP-51 shocks have adjustable compression and rebound settings, periodically check and adjust them based on your driving conditions and load. This can help optimize ride quality and off-road performance.
Professional Servicing: Consider having the suspension kit professionally serviced at regular intervals or if you notice a decrease in performance. This ensures the suspension continues to work efficiently, especially if subjected to rough off-road use
