CleanFreak 4.0 GPM Hot Water Pressure Washing Skid w/ Tank, Reels & Spray Gun (Gas Engine) – 3,500 PSI - WET-APODCF4-0001

This CleanFreak 4.0 GPM pressure washing system has a 225 gallon fresh water tank, a 14 HP Vanguard gas engine from Briggs & Stratton, a diesel fired heater, and is mounted to a steel framed skid. The steel frame has foklift channels to lift up and move the pressure washer skid around. It can be a portable unit that is moved around and transported around to different areas, or it can be permanently mounted in a truck bed or trailer. When permanently mounting, please check the vehicle or trailers gross weight limitations, as this skid will weigh approximately 3,800 pounds when the 225 gallon storage tank is filled with water.

The skid mount system comes with a 50' water supply line on a stainless steel reel, and 100' spray line that connects the spray gun, also on a stainless steel hose reel. Additional options for this unit include, a 21" or 24" flat surface cleaner, or dual hookups where 2 people can pressure wash simultaneously. The additional kit to run 2 spray guns simultaneously includes an additional 100' hose, reel, and gun.

With a 4 GPM output, this set up is perfect for most commercial cleaning jobs. It is "right sized" for cleaning store fronts, drive-thrus, outdoor eating areas, gas islands, and dumpster pads. We do have a 8.0 GPM set up available that is recommended for much larger jobs (20,000 ft² or more).

For other options, please take a look at our full lines of hot water gas and trailer mount pressure washers.

A 12 volt battery is required to run the burner on this unit, but is not included. We recommend going to a local Big Box store or a Batteries Plus to purchase a Group 12 Deep Cycle Battery for use with this system.

Features
  • 4 GPM pump is the right size for many commercial jobs, like store fronts, drive-thrus, outdoor eating areas, gas islands, dumpster pads & more.
  • Skid has forklift channels to move about as needed, or it can be permanently mounted to a truck bed or a trailer.
  • 225 gallon water storage tank can be constantly fed by the 50' hose, which is attached to the rear of the unit on a stainless steel reel.
  • Skid can be set up to run 2 pressure washer guns at the same time.
  • 100' hose allows for large area cleaning without having to move the main unit.
What our Experts Think
  • Compact commercial hot-water skid system — Delivers 4.0 GPM at 3,500 PSI, giving a strong balance of cleaning power and water efficiency for everyday professional pressure washing jobs.
  • All-in-one mobile cleaning station — Built with a 225-gallon water tank, hose reels, spray gun, and gas engine, making it fully self-contained for job sites without direct water access.
  • Diesel-fired hot water performance — Heated cleaning helps break down grease, oil, gum, and heavy grime significantly faster than cold-water units.
  • Contractor-grade 14 HP Vanguard engine — Provides reliable power output for continuous use in demanding commercial environments like storefronts, parking lots, and fleet cleaning.
  • Dual stainless steel hose reel system — Includes long-reach hose setup (fill + pressure lines) for extended cleaning range without repositioning the skid.
  • High mobility skid design with forklift channels — Easily transported between job sites or permanently mounted on a truck or trailer for mobile service operations.
  • Ideal “sweet spot” configuration for contractors — 4 GPM systems are widely considered efficient for medium-to-large commercial surfaces, offering strong cleaning speed without excessive fuel or water use.
  • Best suited for mid-to-large commercial jobs — Including gas stations, drive-thrus, dumpster pads, sidewalks, and building exteriors where consistent hot-water cleaning is required.

Maintenance Tips
  • Flush pump, hose, and spray gun with clean water after each use to remove detergent and debris buildup.
  • Inspect high-pressure hoses, reels, and fittings regularly for leaks, wear, or abrasion before operation.
  • Check gas engine oil, air filter, and fuel system routinely to ensure reliable startup and performance.
  • Descale heating coil periodically to maintain efficient hot water output and consistent 3,500 PSI pressure.
  • Clean spray tips and nozzles to prevent clogging and ensure even spray patterns.
  • Drain and rinse onboard tank after use to avoid sediment buildup and contamination.
  • Lubricate reel and moving parts to ensure smooth hose operation and prevent premature wear.
  • Store skid unit in a dry, protected area to prevent corrosion and weather-related damage.
