CleanFreak Hot Water 5.0 GPM Pressure Washer Skid & Cage (Gas Engine) – 3,500 PSI - WET-A04-2058-10B

This CleanFreak skid mounted hot water pressure washer assembly is contained within a heavy-duty roll cage frame. It features a 18 HP Vanguard gas engine from Briggs & Stratton, and an oil fired burner. It has a max output of 5.0 GPM at 3,500 PSI. The open design allows for convenient service and use.

With the CleanFreak skid mounted hot water pressure washer, you get a great balance of the power you get from a stationary model, but it still has the portability that you typically only see from smaller models. Factory equipped with many options that you usually find on only the premium machines, such as electric start, powder coated frame, hour meter, and a stainless steel combustion chamber.

A 12 volt battery is required to run the burner on this unit, but is not included. We recommend going to a local Big Box store or a Batteries Plus to purchase a Group 12 Deep Cycle Battery for use with this system.

Maintenance Tips
  • Flush pump, coil, hoses, and spray gun with clean water after each use to remove detergent, oil, and mineral buildup
  • Drain and rinse water system regularly to prevent scale buildup and protect the heating coil
  • Inspect and clean spray nozzles to maintain consistent 5.0 GPM / 3,500 PSI performance and prevent pump strain
  • Check and clean inlet water filter/strainer before every job to avoid debris entering the pump
  • Monitor gas engine oil level and follow scheduled oil changes for reliable starting and long engine life
  • Clean or replace air filter regularly to maintain proper combustion and fuel efficiency
  • Inspect burner system (coil, fuel filter, igniter) to ensure reliable hot-water operation
  • Check high-pressure hoses, trigger gun, and fittings for leaks or wear before operation
  • Avoid running pump dry—always ensure steady water supply before starting the unit
  • Store in a dry, covered location to protect engine, burner, and skid/cage frame from corrosion
  • Winterize by fully draining pump, coil, tank, and hoses to prevent freeze damage
  • Tighten all fittings and inspect mounting hardware periodically to maintain stable skid performance
