Maintenance Tips
  • Clean the aluminum‑finished panels and full‑perimeter gasket every 3–6 months using mild soap and warm water; wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

  • Inspect hinges, bottom pins, cams and fasteners every 6 months: remove excess old lubrication, apply light machine‑type grease (do not over‑grease), and tighten any loose hardware.

  • Check alignment and sealing quarterly: both door panels should swing freely in both directions and close evenly; verify gasket edges remain intact and provide a tight seal.

  • Keep the swing path clear of debris, carts, or heavy impacts to prevent misalignment or hardware damage.

  • Use only soft or non‑abrasive cloths and materials for cleaning to preserve both the aluminum finish and gasket integrity.
