Reliable hot surface ignition lights two propane gas infrared burners that combine for 32,000 BTUs, quickly reaching up to 1,200 degrees. This searing station includes the new stainless steel Diamond Sear cooking grates, which have a bead-blasted non-stick surface and optimally transfer heat from the burners to the cooking surface to create the perfect steakhouse quality sear. It features back-lit control knobs on elegantly designed stainless steel facing for a modern style that matches its performance.

A stainless steel lid is also included to protect the interior of the unit from the elements. This Double Searing Station hooks up to Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Series Grills or can be wired individually using a separate power supply box (sold separately).
