As an option this department shredder is available with Vario-Speed technology. This drive concept optimizes the working speed depending on the shred load. Thanks to this the shredder can be operated on a 230V socket outlet. intimus products are serious commercial shredders you won't find at big box stores.

Automatic on/off control via a light barrier whenever paper is introduced into the feed opening. It is controlled manually via the soft-touch membrane keypad when paper is inserted into the feed chute.
