Maintenance Tips
  • Rinse after every use: Wash off saltwater, sand, and chlorine to prevent PVC degradation and valve corrosion.
  • Dry completely before storage: Prevent mold and material weakening by fully air-drying all 6 air chambers.
  • Inspect welded seams regularly: Check high-stress areas (nose, seat joints) for early wear since it uses welded commercial seams.
  • Maintain proper inflation pressure: Avoid over-inflation in heat; PVC expands in sun and can stress seams.
  • Protect tow harness: Rinse and dry stainless D-ring tow system to prevent rust and fatigue wear.
  • Store loosely rolled: Do not fold sharply—this helps preserve the 1100D reinforced PVC structure.
  • Avoid prolonged UV exposure: Even UV-resistant PVC should be covered when not in use to extend lifespan.
  • Check valves before each season: Ensure all 6 valves seal properly to maintain chamber safety and stability.
