The Meiji GEMT-2 Black Gemological Microscope features outstanding Meiji optics that deliver sharp, crisp clarity and the best field of view in the industry.
This is the Meiji EMT-2 Microscope body mounted in the Meiji inclinable gem stand GEMT/PT with 30 watt tungsten darkfield illumination from below. This complete scope also features a Meiji MA309/100 fluorescent illuminator (110V) used for illumination from above, a MA555/05 Gem clamp for holding stones and an 40mm diameter Meiji MA557 Iris diaphragm with adapter ring. This Gemscope comes standard with one pair of Meiji MA502 10x eyepieces which will deliver either 10X magnification or 30X magnification through the EMT-2 scope body. Use optional MA503 20X eyepieces for 20X or 60X magnification. This is not a zoom microscope. Meiji makes the best quality microscope in the industry, built completely in Japan to the highest standards.
