Weighing just 135 lbs when fully assembled, this power chair is one of the smaller rear wheel drive power wheelchairs on the market today.  It is perfect for transporting for someone who is on the go.  You simply fold down the seat and lift it off the base, remove the battery pack, and you can easily transport this unit in 3 manageable pieces.

COMFORTABLE CAPTAINS CHAIR & ADJUSTABLE ARMRESTS:

The P320 comes standard with an 18' wide captains seat that is padded for extra support.  It is very comfortable and the headrest is adjustable or removable if need be.  It also folds down for storage and when you are disassembling for transport.  Additionally, the seat swivels for when you are exiting or entering the chair. 

This can also be convenient when you are riding up to a dinner table to eat.  You simply swivel the seat to the side so you are in the most comfortable position.

Like all other Merits power wheelchairs, the armrests flip up for easy access to the seat.  They also are height and width adjustable, so you customize them to the right positioning for your comfort.

SMART CONTROLLER JOYSTICK & REMOVABLE BATTERY:

The P320 is equipped with the PGVIR2 controller which displays the current battery charge, while allowing quick speed adjustments and easy movement control.  The onboard charging plug is conveniently located under the controller.  Alternatively, the battery can be removed and charged separately separate from the power chair.

Power Chair Warranty – Lifetime Limited

Merits Health Products, Inc. warrants the main frame against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of this power chair (5 years).

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative in the material or workmanship: Electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, motors. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.

Warranty exclusions: Tires, plastic or rubber parts, upholstery/armpads, painted surfaces, seating, bearings.

Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.

Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.
