The additional height provided by the Reformer Box assists with optimal sitting positions, allows greater range of motion for the torso, arms and legs, and facilitates a variety of exercises in seated or lying positions on the Reformer. This extra long box is designed for exercisers with longer torsos and to use with extended length Reformers. Includes adjustable padded footstrap.
