Maintenance Tips

• Clean frame, fork, and drivetrain after gravel, trail, or wet rides to prevent dirt buildup and corrosion.

• Inspect steel frame and welds regularly for chips, scratches, or early rust spots.

• Touch up exposed metal promptly to prevent long-term corrosion.

• Apply internal frame rust inhibitor periodically, especially in humid, wet, or winter conditions.

• Check drivetrain for wear, smooth shifting, and keep chain clean and well-lubricated.

• Inspect headset, bottom bracket, and wheel interfaces for proper torque and smooth operation.

• Ensure racks, cages, and mounting points are tight and secure before loaded or touring rides.

• Keep cable routing areas clean to reduce grit wear and friction.

• Store indoors in a dry environment to protect steel durability and finish.

• Perform routine pre-ride safety checks of tires, brakes, and shifting before every ride.
