Titan fitness Open Trap Bar - 430093

The Titan Fitness Open Trap Bar is built with an open-ended frame, letting you walk in and out of the hex bar for easy setup during deadlifts, shrugs, carries, split squats, lunges, and more.

Dual fixed handles offer both 32mm (skinny) and 38mm (fat) knurled grips in a balanced, medium-diamond pattern for rock-solid control—no center knurl to wreck your shins.

Loading weight onto your bar gets smoother too thanks to the built-in jack and large, stable vertical footprint (7" × 2.5")—so you can tilt, load, and lift more comfortably. This bar is also rackable on most standard power racks, letting you start your sets higher, safer, and smarter.

Constructed from powder-coated 11-gauge steel with hard-chrome sleeves, this bar is built for durability—and supports up to 1,500 LB. With a length of 88.5" and a width of 9.5", it has 16" of loadable sleeve space.

Maintenance Tips
  • Wipe down the bar after every workout to remove sweat, chalk, and moisture to prevent rust.
  • Inspect welds, frame, and handles regularly for cracks, bending, or signs of wear.
  • Keep sleeve areas clean and lightly lubricated (if needed) to ensure smooth loading and unloading of plates.
  • Check grip handles and knurling periodically for buildup or wear that may reduce grip safety.
  • Avoid dropping the bar from excessive height to prevent structural damage or misalignment.
  • Store in a dry environment to protect steel finish and prevent corrosion.
  • Ensure weight plates are evenly loaded on both sides before lifting for balance and safety.
  • Inspect open frame sections for straightness before heavy use.
  • Clean using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth only—avoid harsh chemicals.
