The Primetime Dual Adjustable Pulley Functional Trainer (PT-DP-SP100) is built to last with a solid 11-gauge steel frame.  The functional trainer is commercial quality, but at a price and size for your home.  The functional trainer comes fully equipped with a multi-grip pull-up station, multiple attachments and two 200 pound weight stacks.
