The Neptune offers multiple different settings for you to choose from each time you use the product, allowing you to perfectly customize your experience. Dry Thoroughly: After cleaning, dry the towel warmer with a soft, dry cloth to prevent water spots, rust, or corrosion. Ensure the unit is completely dry after each cleaning.
-
Inspect the Power Cord and Plug: Periodically check the power cord and plug for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately to ensure safety and functionality.

-
Inspect Heating Elements: If the towel warmer is not heating properly, check the heating elements for visible damage or malfunction. Contact a professional for repair or replacement if necessary.
-
Rust Prevention: While designed to resist rust, periodically check for signs of corrosion, particularly around edges and mounting points. Clean off any rust immediately to prevent further damage.
