Titan fitness T-3 Series Independent Squat Stand - 401168

The T-3 Series Independent Squat Stand is a great solution for cramped home gyms where you need to move the stand frequently. Built-in two pieces, the stands feature reinforced J-Hooks, Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2" spacing above and below, 6" side hole spacing throughout the entire upright. This unit offers a considerable number of positions helping to accommodate a wide range of height and exercises. The independent upright design is extremely stable and does not need to be bolted to the floor. Many Olympic weightlifters prefer this set up for its small footprint and low-profile design. The bolt-together construction allows you to easily transport and fit the rack into any room or basement without having to worry about ceiling height.

Maintenance Tips
  • Wipe down uprights, base, and J-cups after each workout to remove sweat and prevent rust or corrosion.
  • Inspect all bolts, pins, and hardware regularly and tighten any loose components before use.
  • Check J-cups and safety attachments frequently for wear, cracks, or misalignment.
  • Ensure uprights remain straight and level and adjust foot placement if any instability is detected.
  • Keep adjustment holes clean and debris-free so pins and attachments lock securely.
  • Avoid dropping heavy weights directly onto the stand to prevent structural stress or bending.
  • Inspect rubber feet and floor contact points to ensure stability and prevent slipping.
  • Store in a dry environment to reduce corrosion on steel components.
  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth only—avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
